Changes to our recycle & trash pick-up

Effective Oct. 1, 2024 recycle collection will be discontinued.

After October 1st you may use your recycle care for household or yard waste until your cart is no longer serviceable, or you may call the Solid Waste Division at (863) 284-4319 to request that it be removed.

What day is trash pick-up in The Forest?

Our yard waste will be changed from Monday to Tuesday and our household trash will continue to be picked up on Tuesday (unchanged)

What day is Furniture and appliances (formerly called “bulk”) picked up?

Furniture and appliance pickup will be just one day each month. The Third Tuesday of each month is the one day for collection of these items.
