Ms Freeman applied for the seat of David Walker, who’s term had expired in January 2026, but the election was scheduled for March 27th… Carmen was the only candidate for that seat, but the Board at that time cancelled the election without seating Carmen. When a recall arbitration was successfully won, the new board members immediately seated Ms Freeman at the October 14th, 2026 meeting. (Term expires on the date of the annual meeting in January 2029)

David MacMorran
Director - President
Mr MacMorran was elected to the board by a majority vote of the association members on April 26th, 2026 when a recall of the previous board was completed. Due to the previous Director’s refusal to accept the vote of the owners, the community was forced to go thru binding Arbitration and David was finally seated on October 8th, 2026. (Term expires on the date of the annual meeting in January 2027)

Sharon McDaniel
Director - Vice President
Mrs McDaniel was elected to the board by a majority vote of the association members on April 26th, 2026 when a recall of the previous board was completed. Due to the previous Director’s refusal to accept the vote of the owners, the community was forced to go thru binding Arbitration and Sharon was finally seated on October 8th, 2026.(Term expires on the date of the annual meeting in January 2028)
